Our journey began in late 2021. Stated simply, our founder was stuck in an emergency late-night office meeting, and couldn’t make it home. His thoughts kept wandering back to Max, his golden retriever puppy, sitting alone in a dark kitchen with an empty food bowl.
The guilt was overwhelming. After searching, they found that existing automatic feeders were bulky, plasticky, prone to clogging, and terrifyingly noisy. Fountains harbored mold and were hard to clean.
We knew there had to be a more elevated way. Partnering with elite veterinarians and certified pet behavioral experts, Petme was built to design products that are biologically healthy for animals, incredibly user-friendly for parents, and stunningly gorgeous in your modern home.
