Feeders

What food can I use in the feeders?

Our feeders are made for dry food (kibble) only. Please don't use wet or canned food.

Which feeder is best for two cats?

The 3L Dual Bowl feeder and the 5L Elevated WiFi feeder both have 2 stainless steel bowls. The 5L holds more food between refills.

Can I see my cat while I'm away?

Yes, with the 3L Camera feeder. It has 1080P HD live view and 2-way audio in the app.

Can I record my voice to call my cat for meals?

Yes. The 5L Elevated WiFi feeder has voice recording. The 3L Dual Bowl and 3L Camera feeders have 2-way audio.

Fountains

Are the fountains quiet?

Yes. All PETME2 fountains have a quiet pump.

How do I clean a fountain?

All our fountains come apart, so you can rinse and clean each part easily.

Which fountain has the biggest tank?

The Stainless 3.2L (108 oz) fountain. It has a 4-layer filter and an LED light.

Which fountain tells me when water is low?

The Classic 2L fountain has a low-water light.

App & WiFi

Do the feeders work with an app?

Yes. Our feeders connect to WiFi so you can set meal times and portions from the app on your phone.

I'm having trouble connecting to WiFi. What should I do?
