Overview

This website and the related tools, apps and services (the "Services") are operated by Petme2 ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website, buying from us, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Products and Orders

We sell pet products such as water fountains and feeders. We try to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. Shipping, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Use of the Services

You agree not to use the Services for anything illegal, to break or interfere with the Services, to copy our content without permission, or to harm other users. You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order.

Social Media and TikTok Integration

Petme2 uses the TikTok for Developers platform (including Login Kit and the Content Posting API) to publish Petme2 product videos to our own TikTok account and to show our TikTok videos and basic profile information on our website. When an account is connected through TikTok Login, we only request the permissions needed for these features, we use the data only to provide them, and we do not sell it. Access can be removed at any time from the TikTok app settings. Your use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including the Petme2 name, logo, product photos, videos and text, belongs to Petme2 or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may include links to or features from third parties such as Shopify, Amazon and TikTok. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except where the law does not allow this. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petme2 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law
